Alcohol-Free Zen stores all your data directly on your device to guarantee your privacy. If you delete the app or get a new phone without restoring from an exact iCloud/device backup, unfortunately, the local data is lost. We do not have servers to restore it from.
Open the app, tap the Settings icon (gear) in the bottom navigation tab, and toggle on "Daily Check-in Reminders." Make sure you have authorized Notifications for the app in your device's primary settings.
