This Privacy Policy explains how Alcohol-Free Zen ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
We are firmly committed to your privacy. We do not collect, transmit, distribute or sell your data. The app does not require you to create an account, does not use tracking cookies, and does not harvest any personally identifiable information (PII).
All data generated within the app (such as your sobriety journey start date, custom reflections, or breathing exercise preferences) is stored entirely locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, nor is it uploaded to any external servers.
We do not integrate any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that covertly track your usage across other applications or websites.
We only ask for the permissions explicitly needed for the app to function (e.g., local push notifications to remind you of your milestones). We do not request access to sensitive device functionality like your camera, microphone, or contacts.
If we update our privacy practices, we will reflect those changes here. Given our "no data collection" architecture, any updates will strictly relate to transparently disclosing new local features.
